30-day return policy

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to return

Email our client team with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will respond within one business day with a return label and instructions.

• - Step 1: Request a return via email or the contact form
• - Step 2: Pack items securely, tags attached, in original packaging where possible
• - Step 3: Drop off using the supplied courier label
• - Step 4: Refund is processed within 5 business days of receipt

Exchanges

Size exchanges are complimentary within South Africa. Request the exchange and we will ship the replacement as soon as the original is received.

Exceptions

Items marked final sale, washed or worn pieces, and items without tags are not eligible for return. Gift cards are non-refundable.
